Nicki Hubbard, Owner, Last Crumb Cakery was born and raised in Georgia. “I grew up on all things southern, including butter, gravy, and cream cheese frosting, shared Nicki. “As I grew older, I came to appreciate the lighter side of life. Now, I feel equally passionate about health and fitness as I do about cake. I believe there's always a place for cake in life, though, and making my daughters’ birthday cakes each year moved from a hobby to a passion. That’s how Last Crumb was born!”

Nicki loves unique flavor combinations. “While I sell a ton of vanilla and chocolate, you won’t be surprised to see pistachio with goat cheese and cherries or pumpkin with orange caramel and brown butter frosting. I like cake to be indulgent. We don’t eat it everyday; it should be special. Whether it’s flavor profile, texture, or decor, I enjoy making cake into art and an experience.”

Gretchen Norman worked in hotels, including Kiawah Island Resort, Ritz Carlton Atlanta, and Chateau Elan as a pastry chef. “Once I had kids, I became a stay-at-home mom and when they were a little older, I went back into the workforce. After a while, I wanted to be more available for my kids but still contribute, so I opened P.S. Sweets,” shared Gretchen.

Amanda Johnson has always loved baking! I always thought it would be amazing to have a bakery in Atlanta for kids like mine,” shared Amanda.
