Quite Fun

Had birthday party event for my kid, we chose to do it early on Sunday when the place just opened, it was very nice and quiet, feels like having your private event 🤗, the staffs are really friendly and accommodating, everything was well organized, the birthday package is quite alright, we chose a package with arcade play time(didn't realize it was only $5/kid) so some of the kids got disappointed when it stopped working after few games 😅. The jumping arena are quite fun to explore and run around with friends. Parents can watch from viewing screen by the party table. The facility was clean, but the pizza wasn't very good (but I don't think it's worth it to pay $100 to bring outside food, so we stick to their pizza).Overall it was a good experience minus the pizza 🍕.

It was not the best experience for a party

First, let me say that the kids had a great time. I will return but won’t host another event there.

We had a birthday party and the experience wasn’t great. They don’t give you enough information upfront. Like the fact that they have someone assigned to your party to keep things moving and tidy. I know that all sounds great, but it’s meant to keep you in check, and it felt somewhat invasive and also incredibly rushed. The person assigned to us was very strict and there were constant interruptions for the next thing he wanted to carry out. He wouldn’t allow certain items to be placed on the table. I was asked in no uncertain terms to tell my elderly mother to STOP touching and rearranging things as “that is my job”. We had an idea of how we wanted the cake and goody bags laid out for pictures. I found this incredibly unprofessional and had to call him out on it. Like, let me put my cake how I want it! It was just placing it in the center of the table provided. It was so strange. My mom who doesn’t speak English was appalled at this behavior.
It was just an uncomfortable experience all around and the guests also felt it.
